1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Stratos Markets platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access or use the Platform. Stratos Markets reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to participate in prediction markets, sports betting, or decentralized finance activities in your jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction.
3. Platform Services
Stratos Markets provides an AI-powered research and interaction layer for prediction markets, sports betting, and DeFi. The Platform delivers recommendations with confidence scores and source citations. All recommendations require mandatory human review before execution. The Platform does not execute trades autonomously — the user retains full control and final decision authority over every action.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Stratos Markets of any unauthorized use of your account. Stratos Markets will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account information.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, functionality, models, algorithms, interfaces, and proprietary technology on the Platform are owned by Stratos Markets and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform without express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stratos Markets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Platform. In no event shall Stratos Markets' total liability exceed the amounts paid by you to Stratos Markets in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
